Palermo Airport also known as Falcone-Borsellino, the airport is located 35 km from Palermo, the capital city of the Italian island of Sicily. The IATA code used to refer to the airport is PMO.

Falcone Borsellino airport is still one of the busiest southern airports in Italy, with many national and international flights. The airport structure is organized above one terminal, a total width of 450 acres with two runways.

The terminal has four levels, a subterranean floor, a ground floor, a first floor and a second floor, with arrivals and departures in both upper levels. Airline Companies are increasing, by the low cost airlines, which now are connecting Sicily to and the rest of Europe.
